Joschi Schneeberger Quintet

Five musicians have joined forces to perform their own compositions and arrangements. Best known as sought-after sidemen in a wide variety of ensembles, Joschi’s Quintet provides them with the opportunity to bring their own musical ideas to life. Drawing on influences ranging from swing, blues, gypsy jazz, bebop, Latin, modern jazz, and funk, the band has forged a distinctive sound with a uniquely Viennese flavor—“Viennese World Jazz,” or, as the locals would say: “A Wöd Jazz aus Wien.”
