Herwig Gradischnig has won the hearts of jazz aficionados not only through his work on baritone saxophone with the Vienna Art Orchestra, but has long been regarded as one of Europe’s leading tenor saxophonists. Now set to inspire a new generation of students at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, we celebrate his farewell from the Klosterneuburg Music School with an explosive session at Jazzcafé ZWE. Joining him are longtime musical companions Erwin Schmidt and Gert Haussner, alongside younger colleagues Adam Ladanyi, Gregor Aufmesser, and Tobias Meissl. An ensemble as diverse, creative, and vibrant as jazz itself!
